The Doomschall is a NAM capture pack captured from a real Bogner Uberschall — one of the most celebrated high-gain boutique amps ever built. The Uberschall is known for its massive, tight low end, complex harmonic saturation, and the kind of clarity at high gain that most amps can't touch. Used by Periphery's Mark Holcomb and a generation of modern metal and hard rock players worldwide.
Every NAM capture in this pack was made from the actual Bogner Uberschall in a professional studio environment, captured through a professional studio preamp (NEVE 1073, API 512, or Harrison 32c), miked with Beyer M160 ribbon, Shure SM57, or Royer R121 (or a combination).
