Digital Products (Non-Returnable)
All digital products — including amp profiles, captures, presets, impulse responses, and software downloads — are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once your order is processed and the files are delivered, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Physical Products (If Offered)
If we sell physical merchandise (such as apparel, accessories, or other tangible goods), these items may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds on Approved Returns (Physical Goods Only)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
